Do you believe it is the responsibility of the Realtor to disclose to fellow Realtors when there are large dogs at their listing property? Failure to disclose large dogs (Bull Mastiff) caused a near fatal mauling involving another Realtor. The Mauled Realtor was trauma hawked to a trauma hospital, had emergency surgery, was hospitalized for 8 days, lost part of a bicep, is scarred mentally & physically for life. The Listing Realtors knew/saw the dogs were on the property but, feel they did nothing wrong by not informing through the MLS, because the owners didn't advise them of the possibility of dog biting/mauling.
The Mauled Realtor was the equivalent to a sheep going into a wolf's den. What do you think?
